Review content:
Went here the day before Easter for lunch. The service was very slow, but it tells you to expect that in the menu. Our waitress was very nice and we were seated promptly. We had to wait a very long time for our food. Anything fried turned out well - french fries, fish and chips, fried shrimp, and the hamburger was nice as well. The muffaletta and cobb salad however did not turn out well. The salad in particular left a lot to be desired. It hardly had any lettuce (mostly bacon and bleu cheese) and the few greens in the bowl were very bitter. There was no iceberg or spinach to neutralize the bitterness of the dandelion and other types of lettuce. Dessert was nice, again we had to wait quite a long time, but the coconut and lemon pie we ordered were very good and nicely presented. I would recommend going here for a beer and pie, or beer and french fries, but not if you want to sit down for a full meal.
Pros: beer, great fries, quiet
Cons: parking is a bear, slow service
