Businiess name:  Blair Perrone Steakhouse

Review content:
Yes, the space is nice. Yes, the service is good. But I go to a restaurant for the food, and the food at Blair Perrone just didn't cut it. The steak was cooked properly, but that's about the best thing I can say about it. It was flavorless, didn't appear to have any salt or seasoning, had no discernable char, and was a little chewy and fatty. On top of that, there wasn't even that much of it. The creamed spinach with goat cheese and bacon? Honestly, it looked like a gloppy brown-green mess, and that's how it tasted. The potatoes were OK. The tomatoes in the tomato and onion salad were not terribly ripe. Dessert was nothing special. The best part of the meal was the Canadian bacon appetizer; that they got right. If you want a Luger-style steak and don't want to go to Brooklyn, you're better off at Wolfgang's; it's the best of the Luger spawn. Pros: Nice space, good service Cons: Bad steak!
