I'll add my 2 cents to say that 400 Sage does a fine job with its House Rolls. My faves were the Volcano and Skydiver - excellent presentation and very tasty. I'd never had a Volcano roll - not a typical selection in SF sushi spots - and this won me over. The mayo based sauce and chopped scallops so yummy over the CA roll. We also ordered the peppered tuna sashimi which wasn't melt-in-your-mouth - a so-so experience. Our server was great with the right amount of attention. The place has a hip bar/lounge atmosphere.
Pros: sushi roll selection, food, service, parking
