I took my angel to Barks as a last resort to grooming her myself after many bad experiences at other facilities in NW Houston. From the time I called to schedule the appointment to the time I picked her up I was IMPRESSED. The customer service was exceptional! All of the staff seemed very knowledgeable about pets and their needs. The grooming was perfect and while my baby waited to get groomed they put her in Doggie Daycare, which eased my nerves about leaving her there all day (and I think she really enjoyed it too :)) I highly recommend Barks 5th Avenue and am now a loyal customer! One last note, the owner also happened to be there when I picked up my baby and took the time to greet me and ask about my experience and offered advice on other questions I had concerning some of my baby's behavioral issues...we are now going to Barks for training, grooming, Doggie Daycare and boarding. Great place!!! Worth the time to check it out!!
