Review content:
We have used Penny (Owner) as a groomer for approximately 15 years. We were thrilled when she decided to open her first shop on Cypress N. Houston. Although the location was less convenient, we made the drive due to her compassion and love for animals and always felt our dogs were in the best of care. We are elated that the NEW location is closer to home and offers so much more. As the owner, she has developed a facility and staff representative of her beliefs. Over the years, they have accommodated many short notice grooming needs and recently, went out of their way to help us in a rescue situation. I would not consider another facility, as ""peace of mind"" is priority - our pets are considered part of our family and Barks 5th Avenue treats them as such!
