Review content:
Penny and Wendy put their heads together when our son who had just purchased his first home wanted to adopt his first dog. He was looking for a dog that would blend well with our existing pets, as he planned to visit us often. Together they came up with Rush , a beautiful , but very shy Border Collie in need of a loving home. They called her a ""corner dog"" since she was most comfortable in her corner unless someone had a frisbee! We all fell in love with her and as she became used to her new home her personality really blossomed. To help Cody and Rush bond they went to Doggie Day Care and were slowly introduced to new friends. It has been almost a year now and we can't believe how she has blossomed. Everyone at Barks has been so helpful in making this a positive experience, from greeting them when they arrive, carefully selecting dogs that they would be comfortable with to mainstreaming them into the pack at Barks and of course tossing an occasional frisbee! We can't thank them enough!
