The instructors here are not only super smart and intuitive, they are EXTREMELY patient. They?ve figured out what I need to do to recover from an overuse injury that?s been plaguing me for years (one that no doctors could even figure out, much less help me with it). I can?t say enough good things about them! Plus, I see people of ALL ages and sizes here ? senior citizens, athletic types, extremely overweight people. It?s a comfortable, low-stress environment. You don?t have to be in shape already to feel like you belong here. And they have a lot of different options for getting started.
