Businiess name:  Figo Pasta - Edgewood

Review content:
I've eaten at a few different Figo Pasta locations and the food seems generally good. But the service at the location on Caroline Street in the Edgewood shopping center will definitely make me think twice before visiting another Figo. I was there on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was not extremely busy, not even half full. We finished our bread early and then asked for some more when the entrees arrived. The waiter said that he would bring it and then never did. The pasta was good, but we soon ran out of water and then my friends ran out of soda. But the waiter was not to be found for any refills. In fact, we only saw him twice. The first time he brought us the bread and water and then when he delivered the entrees. I don't know if you've ever had gnocci before, but its like eating peanut butter. You need water to wash it down. At Figo, you pay before you eat and I was very angry that I had left a tip on the credit card receipt when I paid. I would not have left one otherwise. If we had not been in a hurry to catch a show, I would have brought this to the attention of the manager. And, asked for my tip back. So, if you're interested in bad service, un-attentive waiters and leaving the restaurant thirsty, then this is the place for you. Just make sure if you're thinking about leaving a tip, you do it in cash after the meal.
