OK I JUST BOUGHT A W/D SET YESTERDAY FROM THIS PLACE...THE FIRST TIME I WENT I SAW ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ARGUING WITH A CITY OF HOUSTON ASSOCIATE THAT WAS TELLING THEM THAT THEIR BUSINESS WASNT UP TO CODE. THAT WAS A LITTLE SHOCKING BUT I FIGURED THEY WERE GOING TO WORK IT OUT. SO I PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN ON MY SET AND CAME BACK TO GET IT 5 DAYS LATER AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WORKED PERFECTLY FINE AND CAME WITH A YR WARRANTY (FIRST MONTH FULL AND THE REST IS LABOR COSTS COVERED NOT PARTS)AND IT WOULD BE DELIVERED LATER AROUND 2.. WELL IT DIDNT ARRIVE TIL 7 PM AND WHEN THE GUY CAME HE LEFT DUE TO THE ""RAIN, AND NOT HAVING CAR INSURANCE AND HAVING A 1/2 OF A WINDSHIELD WIPER <<--WHAT A SOB STORY TO TELL .."" SO HE BASICALLY DROPPED IT OFF IN MY KITCHEN AND LEFT. i ACTUALLY HAD TO PAY 30 EXTRA BUCKS UPFRONT FOR DELIVERY AND SET UP....WHEN ALL HE DID WAS DROP THE THING OFF...
Pros: THE WOMAN ASSOCIATE IS VERY SWEET..
Cons: THEY HAVE PITBULLS ON SITE THAT ARE LOOSE AT TIMES, THE BUSINESS SMELLS HORRIBLE,THE PRODUCTS ARENT RELIABLE
