How your staff treat people should be monitored. People are just now starting to vote with their feet and drive a little further to get treated a whole lot nicer.
Dr. Tipton's focus is on making money and he doesn't
spend time thinking about anything else.
Meanwhile his staff is making long time clients very unhappy and they are leaving in large numbers. By the time he realizes there is a problem his practice will be down by 20% to 30% . Remember word of mouth advertising works both ways, and the word is getting out!
