All-Tex personnel handled our business relationship with professionalism and care from the time I first contacted them and throughout the project. Appointments were kept, on time, every time. The proposal prepared by Jeff Ludy was carefully prepared and it very thoroughly spelled out all of the work to be done. A highly-advertised competitor just gave me a verbal quote, and when asked for a written proposal, sent an email stating that they would install new siding, paint it, and "". . . do all that other stuff we talked about.""
The other company had the lower price, but the professional proposal and attention to detail convinced me to pay a premium for All-Tex. I was introduced to the project manager and the installation team foreman. Every person on the crew was pleasant and communicated well and clearly with me throughout the project. The job was done well and on schedule. They did little things above and beyond the scope of the contract throughout the course of the work. The house was left weatherproof and clean every night, and the end result is very well done.
