What I loved most about these guys was that everyone I dealt with had a smile. Is it important in the scheme of things -- to me, yes! That adds to the trust level you have for these guys. THe windows were installed by people who did not leave a drop of debris from the installation. I had no extra clean up to do afterward. The windows look fabulous and have really added some pizzaz to my home. Budget prevented me from doing the whole house, but you can bet next year I""ll be calling All-Tex to finish. All-Tex was very thorough in explaining what the windows were about, how they operate, how they would be installed, etc. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. I had other bids to consider, but the character of Aleck and Tommy is what sold me. Luckily the smile was truly icing on the great cake of a job they did!
