My car broke down in the drive way of my apartment. I called to get a quote to tow it into my garage from this company which is right down the road from where I live. The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. She asked what I needed and I began to explain and then she put me on hold for a long time. When she finally came back on the line she asked my location and I tried to tell her that I just wanted a quote before she started sending someone out here. After repeating myself numerous times I finally got a quote out of her. They were going to charge me $70 DOLLARS to tow my car about 5 yrds. When I asked her what exactly that $70 entailed she refused to explain and sat there in silence. Needless to say I did not use them and would never recommend them to anyone else.
Cons: Extremely rude service and grossly overpriced
