Review content:
I recently discovered Saltoro's and was extremely surprised by this delightful little bistro. The outside and surrounding area makes you wonder what you've gotten yourself into by deciding to eat there, but once you're seated and take a look around, your worries will fade. It's decorated with wine and olive oil bottles, has lots of dark wood, the lighting is bright and comfortable, and the servers are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend ordering from the chef's special menus that seem to change often. I had the lamb with some sort of foi gras wine sauce over a polenta cake. It was the best lamb I've ever had! The sauce was amazing, and the price was even more amazing- I couldn't believe how reasonable everything was. I followed dinner up with a saffron creme brulee which a little different, but very good. I highly recommend Saltoro's, it's truly a great find! Pros: Great food, Great service, Good Wine Selection Cons: Outside Decor, Surrounding Area
