My family have used this company for a countless number of years and have never had any problems at all, nor heard anyone express any problems with them. The business owner recently passed away in a terrible car accident. It was shocking for all, even with how heart breaking it was for the employees as well as the customers. Phoenix Star has really managed to pull together as more than a team but like a family to keep business rolling. ""Diane"" the receptionist & former wife of Stuart (business owner) has somehow managed to cope with it all and keep business going like a champ. I would reccomend this company to anyone, overall taxi or shuttle services around.
