Phoenix Star Taxi and Limousine 11/13/2010

My family have used this company for a countless number of years and have never had any problems at all, nor heard anyone express any problems with them. The business owner recently passed away in a terrible car accident. It was shocking for all, even with how heart breaking it was for the employees as well as the customers. Phoenix Star has really managed to pull together as more than a team but like a family to keep business rolling. ""Diane"" the receptionist & former wife of Stuart (business owner) has somehow managed to cope with it all and keep business going like a champ. I would reccomend this company to anyone, overall taxi or shuttle services around. more

Do not count on this company 3/17/2009

This company was paid to take my girls from their school to the daycare every afternoon. They were late or completely forgot them several times. I would have to leave work and go get them because the school would be closing and someone was having to stay there with them. It kept happening over several months even though I complained. They did not appear to care when I told them I would no longer use them. Cons: unreliable more

Prom disaster 4/26/2006

After booking 3 months in advance we were told THE DAY BEFORE that the limo was ""in the shop"" and unavailable. How unprofessional is that? We ended up in a ""luxury airport van"" (thanks to SUPER VIP in Marietta) at the eleventh hour. The owner never even called me. He had a member of of his staff deliver the bad news. This company should be avoided. more
