They are a rip off. Just know that if you cancel, it doesnt mean that you cancel. You will be billed for another month of membership. This is the worst gym that I have encountered. They do not process your membership when you request to cancel your membership. I requested to cancel my membership before the monthly fee was due along with the annual membership fee. Guess what, I was charged for both, even though I canceled the membership before the annual fee was to be charged. They leave your account open so that they are able to charge you regardless of when you request to cancel your membership. I have contacted my bank and filed a claim. You pay for the last month at the beginning of the membership but you arent told until you are billed another month after you canceled that it basically extends your membership for another month. If i requested to cancel my membership, why would you extend it? Join at your own risk.
