ive been to pho dalat several times and i cant get enough of the pho there. the broth alone is amazing but the generous portions of beef and heaps of assorted greens make this hands down the best pho in portland. other things worth ordering are the super fragrant and delicious jasmine tea, and the jackfruit shake. the only thing that could be improved is the atmosphere, its kind of cafeteria-like.
Pros: delicious food, decent prices
Cons: semi-ghetto location, cafeteria-like atmosphere
