Review content:
This was supposed to be my first visit to these physicians. In fact, the office called me on the preceeding Thursday to confirm the following Monday appointment. However, after 1-1/2 hours of sitting in the waiting room, I decided that I did not have enough time in my day or life to wait for service from Dr. Quang Le. He might be the very best dermatologist in the county, state, country, world, universe, but if you cannot get to see him then what value are his servides? The waiting room was extraordinarily crowded. Nonetheless, the staff was quite nice and did not seem at all surprised when I told them that I was leaving without seeing the doctor. They gave me my co-payment back and when I asked about my medical forms, they politely told me that they had already shred them. Another woman was in the process of cancelling her appointment at the same time that I was leaving. I am sure that I am not the first, nor will I be the last to cancel with these physicians. Good luck to them -- if they continue to treat their patients this way they are going to need it.
Pros: Courteous staff
Cons: Waiting time, never saw doctor since waiting was too long, crowded waiting room
