Review content:
Ive been a tenant for 3 years. The first year and a half was okay. The only reason ive lasted this long is because the location is perfect and its affordable. But you know what they say ""You get what you pay for."" The layouts are okay but nothings is upgraded and something is always breaking down especially the air conditioning. Maintanence is okay but not as good or fast as they should be, i mean their is two of them. The air filters are changed once in a blue moon which is a health hazard and management is worse too. Yes they smile and are friendly but very sneaky! Make sure you save everything! All i can say is you will love it or hate it.
