I have been attending classes at the Plano location for almost 2 weeks now and I have lost nearly 10lbs during that time! The trainers are so motivational and are really helpful when it comes to the equipment being used. Ron Lyons Ultimate Body Studios has already made a huge dent in my weight loss goals and changed the way I think and feel about working out and eating healthly. This is not a diet, this is a lifestyle change and a really great one at that! I look forward to working out each morning (even if it is at 5:30am) and can't wait to check my results each week!
Pros: Motivating Staff, tons of helpful information
Cons: Only one bathroom/shower combo if you need it
