I'VE BEEN LIVING AT THE LIVING OAKS APARTMENTS FOR ALMOST 2 YRS. AND I LOVE MY NEIGHBORS. THE RESIDENCE HERE ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND OUT-GOING. WE HAVE THE BEST ON-SITE MANAGER ANYONE COULD ASK FOR. SHE'S JULIE ZACHARIAS. SHE'S WALKS THE PROPERTY DAILY, GREETING RESIDENCE AND PICKING UP TRASH FROM THE GROUND. YOU'LL ALWAYS SEE HER WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE. MRS. ZACHARIAS HAS ALWAYS DONE HER JOB AND THAT SHOWS THROUGH HER WORK, AS WELL AS HERE COMMITTMENT TO HER TENANTS. SHE TRUELY ENJOYS HER JOB. I HOLD THE POSITION OF THE COURTESY OFFICER HERE AT THE LIVING OAKS AND I, MYSELF COULDN'T ASK FOR ANY OTHER MANAGER TO WORK FOR. JULIE IS A WONDERFUL PERSON AND IS ALWAYS THERE IS HELP ANYONE OUT WHEN NEEDED. SHE'S ALWAYS THERE FOR HER TENANTS. SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY AT TIMES TO HELP HER TENANTS, WHEN TIME IS NEEDED. I LOVE HAVING JULIE AS MY NIEGHBOR AS WELL AS MY BOSS. I WOULEDN''T WANT TO LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO BE PART OF OUR COMMNITY. YOU'LL TRUELY LOVE IT!!!
