Review content:
This is, without a doubt, the most thorough, valuable, and educational experience I have ever had with a personal trainer. At some clubs I have belonged to, the trainers are just ""rep counters"" with very little experience. At Focus Fitness, the trainers are dedicated, experienced (the Director is an Olympic athlete), knowledgeable, and articulate. The club itself is calm and beautiful, and the entire staff knows all the members by name. It's nice to know you're in the hands of elite professionals who really care about you and your goals.
