It's really too bad to write a bad review but only so many chances to give. 1st time I took my high end sports car there shortly after they opened, the owner damaged one $600.00 rim. He gave me free car washes for 1 year. Wished he would have replaced the rim as due to my schedule didn't even come close to recouping the $. Months after that, one of the workers drove over the yellow speed bump at the end of their wash track - scraping the bottom bad & running the right front bumper cover (it sits low) into the curb adjacent to the wash tunnel. They never fixed this as the place was closed and sold soon after. After reopening, took one old work truck to be detailed - charged over $100.00 and there was compound residue everywhere, dirt on carpet, grime on front end and the top not even touched. Excuse was they ran out of time. They took off $20.00 and still made me pay the balance. Since it was not the usual detailer, I gave them another chance when they PROMISED would not let it happen again. Went back with another work truck & they did an excellent job & suggested I return for removal of glass acid rain spots. Returned & left truck for 1 day - spots not removed & received truck back w/most of windows scratched badly. Was told they used a buffer on the window glass. Asked them to replace a few pieces per glass shop quote. They delayed for a month & then claimed not their fault. I offered to compromise and asked just to pay for ""1"" piece (the worst one - approx $160) & they refused. The window glass had no scratches/buffer marks before they used buffer on glass. It wasn't about the money but the principal. My opinion is the owner (who claims he is a RET NY PD) has no interest in customer satisfaction. I have also witnessed several other incidents of other customers having problems with their cars (not done correctly/lack of attention to detail) - more so since the new owner/management took over. Watch for paint damage from dirty rags or being scraped w/other objects Pros: Sometimes they might do a good job - they did several times when they knew I was watching. Cons: If you ever have a problem - don't expect good resolution. Watch for damage to your car!
