Luna's sales person lied to to get a sale, First we said right up front show us carpeting that does not show footprints or vacume marks. he asured us that this particular carpet will not show footprints or vacume marks or seam marks, what did we get FOOTPRINTS AND VACUME MARKS AND SEAM MARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE IT!!!!!!! He also said we could have A.M. installation, Lied It was P.M. He also said if we sold the house the warranty on the carpet would be transferable LIED not true. I am in sales myself and any sales person that has to lie is extreamly WEAK!!! You want people to come back and buy from you again. We have 4 more rooms upstairs that need to be carpeted and because of that LIER JAMES KELLY we will not be going back to Luna! We are stuck with this awful capet. So do yourself a favor go to Empire or somewhere ele!!!
