""Luna's customer service is terrible. I would never use them again. I ordered flooring from Luna. The crew showed up about 3 hours late for the first installation appointment. Then the crew informed me that they had not brought enough flooring to complete the job. They told me that they ""didn't want to waste their time"" waiting to see if the warehouse had more flooring they could install that day and would have to send another crew out a different day to complete the installation.
