Poor bike selection (20 models at most). HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I walked in, the employees (5 of them) looked me up and down and gave me the ""he's not gonna buy anything"" look and completely ignored me. I gave them a chance and stayed for about 10 mins...still NO SERVICE...with the employees standing there in plain sight. No ""can I help you with anything?"" or anything of the sort. The store wasn't even busy...only 2 other customers in the store. One of them obviously looked confused and needed assistance as well...he didn't get any. Little did PC know I was ready to spend about $1200 on a road bike - their loss. SO...WHY SHOULD YOU SPEND HUNDREDS OF $$ AT THIS PLACE when other stores provide great service? You can buy a bike anywhere. Go to Bike Barn (Kirby) or Performance Bikes (Westheimer)...GREAT service. Employees there spent 1 on 1 time with me and went thru different bikes with me. Two thumbs down for Planetary Cycles.
