By far one for the worst Honda dealers in Maryland in regards to customer sevice. Not only do they lose your spare keys and fail you inform you that it is missing(I didn't find out until 3 weeks later!!), but replacing them is a hassle since the service crew tends to leave an hour or so before actual closing time, forcing you to make an additional trip to the dealer to make keys for which they foohlishly lost in the first place. Also the sales staff was great when trying to sell you the car, but beware when you fill out the survey after purchase. Any small criticism made will result and some very angry phone messages by the staff. While my beautiful Honda vehicle drives with great detxterity, it is unfortunate that the same can not be said for the competency of the staff at O'Donnell Honda.
