I went to the Round Rock location, and I was happy with every aspect of my care. The person who first answered the phone was knowledgeable, reassuring, and gave me an overview of what to expect. She told me her name, treated me with personal attention, and remembered me when I arrived for my appointment. The office was efficient and I was seen on time. The nurse was gracious and caring, and I thought it was especially considerate that she asked my husband to step away before she took my weight, understanding that some women consider their weight to be private. When Dr. Marquez arrived, I felt like I was her only patient. I had been anxious, and she put me at ease immediately. She took all the time in the world with me, answered my questions until I felt I really understood my situation. She performed a small procedure on me, and that went well with minimum discomfort. I would go back to this office any time, and recommend it to others.
