Horrible place dont be trapped i had no hot water for months in winter and they were real rude about the problem, i never cussed them out like others did but they were so rude to me and i just wanted hot water, but they would not fix it, when my lease was up i moved out, they still are giving me trouble, they never answer phones,and when i moved out my neighbors dryer stopped working so they traded it with mine, with clothes still in the dryer, i gave her clothes back, but you better hope you dont get my old place because it now not only has no hot water, but no working dryer, this place is bad they care about nothing there tenets say. for the year i lived there the water was sometimes luke and went down hill from that, management will never answer phone

Cons: no hot water, no mamagement co-op, problems not fixed
