Review content:
I went to Shorty's the other day, because my boyfriend goes there and recomended it. I loved the atmosphere: cool 80's music pumpin (U2 was playing), very urban industrial design, and EXTREMELY unprentious. I felt relaxed right away. I wasn't sure they did women's hair, but was I BLOWN AWAY from my experience. My stylist was Michael Colletti, a guy from Chicago, very good looking, VERY NICE, very accomplished as a stylist, and hands down...the BEST haircut and style I have ever recieved. Very precise and miticulous. He listened to what I wanted, gave me his take on how to achieve a great look for myself, and absolutely impressed me, plus a good conversationalist. I am for sure going back for color! This place is the best kept secret in Los Angeles. Girls....if you are tired of the attitude most salons offer, BUT, want a killer cut and color, and a great and FRIENDLY stylist...go to Shorty's, ask for Michael, and enjoy yourself. By the way, Shorty's client base is full of amazing looking, hot gay men....GREAT eye candy!!! Oh...this is big...IF you are a diva...stay in Beverly Hills. Pros: Don't need an appointment.. open late....you will have a great time Cons: didn't really see any
