I would recommend that if you are considering living here that you stop and find another place. Its noisy, unclean and unmatched in its questionable business practices. Not only do they attempt to increase your lease dates but also attempt to charge you for water and sewer(both were supposed t be paid by landlord according to lease)increase the trash service fee and charge 10 dollars for some unknown ""new account"". In short do not live here ever.
Pros: Green grass that you have to pay to water it.
Cons: Staff and management are next to usless
