Review content:
On a recent visit we were waited on the bartender. The order was taken and the food was delivered, however, the strong bread was missing from our order and the pancakes tasted very sour (they were perfect on previous visits). We asked someone for the missing pieces and 10 minutes later, we received our check- no strong bread. We spoke to the bartender and without hesitation, she gave us a loaf of strong bread and removed the pancakes from our check. Excellent execution of service recovery.
