I have really crappy student insurance, so I've always used urgent care services. This place I went to to get ear wax removed from my ear, and six months later I got a bill for over $700!!!! For a 40 minute visit! At the time of the visit, I presented my insurance card , was told it was no good, and that I would have to pay the $90 office fee.. I paid that, my ear was irrigated, and I left. Lo and behold, they filed with my insurance anyway... Included charges like a $228 outpatient visit, a $200 office emergency care and numerous other charges.. At the very least, this is insurance fraud... Consumer beware!!!
