Review content:
I originally rated this restaurant as four stars on another review site. The service was good and the food was tasty and elegantly prepared. I decided to do another review after researching the fish I ate there, which is called Escolar. Both myself and my date were slightly queasy after eating there for her birthday dinner a few weeks ago, but thought it was due to eating too much of the fried zucchini appetizer. According to several sites on the internet, Escolar is known as the ""Ex-Lax Fish"" because of its high content of indigestible wax esters, which cause varying amounts of digestive system discomfort. This has prompted the nations of Japan and Italy to ban the Escolar. I wish that restaurants like North would do the same. ~$24 a plate for a fish which is a known problem is outrageous. Pros: tasty food, good service Cons: Escolar aka ""the Ex-Lax fish""
