My employer filed for my I-140 which was approved . I had a tiff with my employer and changed jobs. I assumed my GC processing was over. Heard Sherin Thawer's ad on Funasia radio.Went to meet her in person. She patiently heard my story. She told me there was a way to retain original approvals and priority dates even if i no longer worked with original employer and explained to me all underlying conditions. I was glad to know i fit the bill. The very next day she filed for me and boy within a few months i got my GC. Thanks Sherin , for all your help.I am lucky , I came to you !
