James was on time for our thursday appt. he quickly determined what was wrong with our ge profile harmony washer. He ordered the part the same day, and said he would be back to install it either the next day (friday), or saturday. He ended up having time to fix it friday afterall. He was very reaonable, and knew exactly what the issue was. Very nice work. Very clean, and careful. We will be using james for all of our appliance repair! Michelle
