I guess one star is the lowest I can rate them. I have used Oops in the past (it's been awhile) and was okay with the results. They were pricey but the house smelled fresh when they left and the individuals who came to do the work were professional. Today I called for a quote and an individual named Wade answered the phone. He later identified himself as the manager. It was a short and unpleasant conversation that ended with him hanging up on me after first raising his voice. All this was unprovoked. How shocking is that?! Poor customer service obviously. A follow up phone call that I made did not result in a new person answering the phone or an apology as I hoped. I will not be using them again.
