I heard about them on the radio and liked that they were a local company so I thought I would give them a try. The staff on the phone was prompt, polite and willing to work to my schedule. They called 30 min prior to arriving like they promised. Josh was a very nice, personable guy who I felt perfectly comfortable inviting into my home even though I was home alone. He listened to my needs and didn't try to up sell which I find very annoying. The carpets look brand new even though they are over 3 years old and have a toddler and a cat running around them all day every day. He took special care with he high traffic areas and spots and now you can't even tell the carpet has been walked on let alone lived on for 3 years. I can not say enough about how wonderful the carpets look. I will never use anyone else, Oops Steam Cleaning is my carpet cleaning company for life!
