I couldn't be any happier with the service that I received from Oops Steam Cleaning. They were prompt (even early), courteous, professional and not pushy in the least. Their equipment is top notch and a true steam cleaning, not just warm water like my home ""steam"" cleaner is. There is an actual boiler in the van to generate the steam.
Having a black lab as an inside dog takes a toll on beige carpet as you can imagine. It was truly amazing to watch the cleaner work and my carpets look almost like new. It removed every single stain and discoloration in the carpet, except for a few small paint drips (that I didn't expect it to remove). Fortunately, I've never had a problem with my dog urinating inside and their urine tester didn't alarm in a single location.
They took the time to walk the job down and give me a firm-priced quote prior to starting work. We were both on the same page regarding our expectations. I have a feeling that the prior reviewer wasn't clear with their expectations prior to starting work.
I couldn't recommend this company enough and will absolutely be calling them back in the future.
