A friend had recommended this company to me and of course I was a little skeptical - she was insistent this company was the ""best in Houston."" She told me to ask for Doug, who had been her technician, and I called and did so. Doug was early for his appointment, which is so unheard of in this day and age, and he was an absolute angel. My friend was right - my carpet and prized oriental rug look amazing. I could not be happier, and now I will be recommending this wonderful company, and the lovely Doug, to all my lady friends. It is so nice to do business with such proper people.
