I did my homework and read the most negative reviews I could find. I specifically asked questions when they showed up to make sure they knew exactly what I expected and what I expected to pay. Wow! What a great job! They actually showed up half an hour early, and they called first to make sure it was OK. Five rooms and the stairs were done in just over an hour, even spots that were next to the baseboard on the stairs were erased. The demo of their stain guard was most impressive, I couldn't believe what I saw. Are they the cheapest? No. Are they the best? Without reservation, YES. I highly recommend the stain guard, and listen to their advice. It's like they are trying to put themselves out of business.
