I can't highlight enough how good my experience was with Absolute Death. A month or so ago I found out I had bedbugs. This is not a pleasant thing to find out. I was totally freaked out about what to do. I called about eight or nine exterminators in Brooklyn and got the usual sales pitches, which didn't settle my nerves. I called Absolute Death - and it was totally different. I talked to Frank, who spoke with me for over an hour. He broke everything down for me, explaining how bed begs infest, the logic behind treatment methods, etc. He was patient, respectful, and concerned about my problem. I'm telling you, definitely call them and you will automatically notice a difference in their customer service in contrast to the other exterminators. You can ask anything and they'll make sure that you understand. They were able to come out immediately, which was awesome. And the crew that came out was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I spoke with one of the technicians for at least twenty minutes and he was very patient with me, once again. Based on the particularities of my problem, the technicians gave me specific advice for what to do. And, a few days later, I got a follow up call from one of the technicians who sprayed my room. Very cool. As for my bedbugs, they're all gone. I can't emphasize enough that, while you're evaluating different exterminators, definitely, I mean, definitely, call Absolute Death. At that point, it's up to you. But seriously, these guys are everything you'd want from a pest-control service.
