Dear Mr. Kuhlke,
Last May 2010, we had negotiated through Mr. Andre Lamar, for the installation of your windows for our apartment building. I am very pleased with the windows as are all our tenants. The double pane windows are of excellent quality and do keep the inclement weather temperature outside. They are easy to take care of and look really nice. After the installation, I received more calls from prospective tenants who wanted to rent from us than before (the installation). I believe the principle reason for this is because of the newer attractive windows.
I also just wanted to express my appreciation for the courtesy, and professionalism of Mr. Lamar. He is an excellent representative of your company. He kept both of his schedule appointments on time at our apartment house and at my home. He was easy to talk with, and expressed him self well. He had a thorough knowledge of your product line and convinced me that you product line was superior. I am grateful to him for introducing me to your company and your fine product lines.
At or about the time for the installation, your company accommodated us by expediting the installation because we were scheduled to be out of the country. I wasn?t sure if you could, but your customer-oriented service was great. There was a short span of time to get 40 customized size windows installed, and the work was done timely ? within three or four days. And this was accomplished even with some of the apartment tenants being at home.
The two eastern European gentlemen who installed the windows were excellent. They worked expeditiously and were neat and tidy. No extra work was required for cleanup after they were done. The shrubbery was not damaged. They worked cooperatively with me and the tenants. They worked around any furnishing which may have been in the way or moved out of the way. Nothing was damaged. They did a superb job. The tenants and I are very happy with their work. I don?t think they could have done a better job. I congratulate you for your excellent staff.
If anyone asks about new windows, I would not hesitate to recommend your company and products to him/her. You have a great product, and a great team of professional to back up your reputation.
