Review content:
We bought a used ""certified"" Toyota Sienna from these guys in November 06. We also purchased an extended warranty with it. We had continuos problems with the car, and decided we wanted to trade it in for a brand new one. We explained that we thought that they sold us a bad car, and was willing to buy a new one, as long as they gave us a fair trade in. They offered us 40% of what we paid for the car, and wanted to sell us the new Sienna at full sticker! No way.
Pros: Nice sales lady, tried to do the right thing.
Cons: Sleazy negotiations, did not back up their product
