I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I came to first hand car wash because I read from this web site that it specialized in luxury cars, and that they hand washed your car. But I didn?t think that they would screw up my car and tell me that they were not responsible for it.While it was being washed they told me that the drivers side door wouldn't open, they seaid they shut it and then it just would not open. I figured something broke on my door and it was inevitable, and that I wasn't going to get mad, or blame them. But I later found out that they had shut the seat belt buckle in the door.The buckle wasn't hanging out the door or inside the car it was jammed in the door, and that was why my door would not open. So now im stuck having 2 climb out my passenger side of my car every time I get in or out of my car and it is a small coupe. They were not at all friendly,and im now stuck with a broken door. This is why I would not recommend them?????. but they did a good job of washing the outside of my car :/.
