When I came to pick up my car last week, I was told that you were Ms. Vajgert's supervisor. I wanted to contact you directly to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with her. I am in a line of work where I provide service to my constituents and also receive services from several entities on a daily basis. I know good customer service is extremely rare and hard to come by, but I had an atypical experience at B & B. Ms. Vajgert has fully earned her title as CS Manager. She was tremendous. She was exceptionally friendly, understanding and helpful. Without her initiative and persistence with the insurance company of the individual that hit my car, I would not have been able to be in my car so quickly. I realize your company needed payment and had it's interests in mind as well, but that was never at the forefront of her message to me. I also had the opportunity to interact with Scott and the reception staff, who were equally as friendly and helpful.??Thank you and your staff for making this portion of a frustrating experience easy to get through. I have been to your facility once in the past, and while I personally hope it is my last time to venture through your doors with this car, I will highly recommend B&B to anyone in need of the services you offer.
