It started off with a craigslist add. I needed 6 yards of concrete to fill a 18x18x6 patio. There was already a 4x4x6 inside of that so it should have left plenty of extra concrete for any miscalculations. They came on time. The price was good at 80$ per yard. Then I find out that they only filled in 16x18x6 of the patio. I was missing a little over a yard of concrete. I called to ask for the issue to be fixed and Scotty Brown said he didn't give a rats ass and there was nothing further he would do. I'm sure it wasn't his fault being that the driver was responsible, but there was no reason to be as rude as they were. IN THE END I WAS TAKEN FOR A WHOLE YARD OF CONCRETE!
