Review content:
The lower level of the parking garage regularly has standing water around the elevator after rain. It's gross, but I've gotten used to tip toeing through it. A few mornings ago I was leaving for work after another night of rain. I got in the elevator and as it lowered to the bottom level of the parking garage it started to fill with water. Water literally started gushing in from the floor while the doors were still closed. It was terrifying. The doors did open shortly after (when I was up to my ankles in water). I had no way to get back up to my apartment to change unless I wanted to walk the perimeter of the complex to find a door to get back inside or take the death trap elevator back up. That was three days ago and the elevator still isn't working. MOVING OUT OF HERE ASAP.
