If your just a restaurant and you server some BBQ that is one thing...but when your are a BBQ house. One expects that the food would be quality.(at least the bbq) The chicken is cooked off mostly and then BBQ sauce is slathered on. This chicken has no bbq flavor in the chicken because it was never cooked with the sauce. It sits on the top of a piece of chicken that was prepped by boiling it. The brisqute was like some big pile of pulled lose meat sloppy joe kinda thing. It was awful.
